THE POINT TO THE QUESTION ON RECYCLING

AND HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE IN FORT-COULONGE

Concerning recycling... Soon in June a door to door collection will be offered to all residents. Authorised recyclable materials will be deposited in clear or clear blue transparent bags.  You do not have to do the sorting.

Concerning household garbage, They will be picked up also in June.  They also must be in a clear plastic bag.

In both cases, all bags must be put on the curb and this on the designated pick up days.  A flyer explaining all this will be sent in the mail soon, you can also listen to CHIP-FM, your community radio station to know more...

All residents are targeted by this new service and will be taxed accordingly.  Schools, businesses and community organisations will be offered a way to proceed in the near future.
